Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

Greeting guests warmly and managing reservations efficiently Taking orders accurately and serving food and beverages with professionalism Assisting with food preparation and presentation as needed Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations Handling payments and operating POS systems accurately Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Supporting barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and specialised drinks Providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Responding promptly to guest inquiries or concerns in a courteous manner

Experience

Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred, particularly in roles involving catering, serving, or food preparation Barista experience is considered an asset Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable Experience working in a fast-paced setting with excellent organisational skills is advantageous A friendly demeanour with strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

Pay: From 13.50 per hour
