Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed throughout their visit Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed to support the kitchen team Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Ensure adherence to food safety standards and health regulations at all times Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Support barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and other beverages Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is desirable but not essential Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Ability to work well as part of a team and independently when necessary Experience in food preparation or barista work is a plus A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
