We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Previous experience in catering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Duties

Welcome guests warmly and manage their seating arrangements efficiently Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly Serve food and drinks with professionalism and attentiveness Assist with food preparation and presentation as required Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly Support baristas with drink preparation when necessary Assist in setting up events or special functions as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality is desirable but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude Experience with barista work or food preparation is advantageous Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings as required
