We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Previous experience in food preparation, restaurant operations, or barista work is advantageous. All positions are paid, including internships, and provide valuable industry exposure.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner Assist with food preparation and presentation as required Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout service Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly Support barista duties, including preparing specialised coffee drinks when needed Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery Uphold excellent hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Experience in food preparation or restaurant operations is desirable Barista experience is a plus but not essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
