Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt service Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organisation Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and restocking supplies Support barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and beverages Uphold food safety standards at all times, adhering to hygiene protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is desirable but not essential; a friendly personality and eagerness to learn are key Knowledge of food safety regulations and good hygiene practices Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings if required (note: specific shift patterns may vary) A positive attitude with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service Basic food preparation skills are advantageous, along with barista experience for certain roles Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
