We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their experience is exceptional from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and have a strong understanding of food safety and service standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Assist with seating arrangements, ensuring that all guests are comfortably accommodated. Take orders accurately and efficiently, relaying them to the kitchen or bar staff as necessary. Support food preparation activities, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Provide assistance during catering events, helping to set up and serve food and beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Assist in bartending duties as required, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and colleagues alike. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A proactive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration within the front of house team. Experience in catering or bartending would be advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
