Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a friendly and efficient manner. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry, particularly in catering, serving, and food preparation. Previous restaurant or barista experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. The position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks as required, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the service area Ensure the dining environment remains clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly Support barista duties including preparing hot beverages where applicable Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Skills

Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable Knowledge of food safety practices and standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour Basic food preparation skills; experience in restaurant environments or barista work is advantageous Organised with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting A positive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
