As a member of our Front of House team, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Assist with seating arrangements and provide menus, offering recommendations when necessary. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times. Support catering events as needed, assisting with setup, service, and breakdown. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of food preparation techniques and hospitality best practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, restaurant or bartending roles is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. A proactive attitude towards helping guests and colleagues alike. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
