Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable upon arrival Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing hot drinks with care Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods Uphold the organisation's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment is desirable Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards is beneficial Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
