We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service throughout their dining experience. Your role will involve assisting with various tasks, from greeting customers to supporting the restaurant operations.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Assist in food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, floors, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Support catering events as needed, contributing to a seamless service experience. Uphold high standards of hospitality at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Skills in bartending or catering are a plus, enhancing your versatility within the team. A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests is essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
