Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Provide top-tier service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Ensure all guest spaces are welcoming, fully stocked, and immaculately maintained.

Assist with events and guest services across various island locations.

Address maintenance concerns promptly by reporting to the relevant team member.

Contribute to the island's community ethos by fostering teamwork and mutual respect.

Adhere to health, safety, and compliance policies in all aspects of work.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Previous hospitality experience is essential.

Skilled in barista techniques and coffee preparation.

Experience in bartending and delivering a wide range of drinks.

Confident working independently and taking initiative.

Knowledgeable in hospitality standards and service excellence.

Professional, friendly, and attentive to guest needs at all times.

Current driving license desirable

Salary

25,000 - 28,000 Dependent on Experience
