Duties

Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation. Serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to fine dining standards and presentation guidelines. Assist with banquet setups and catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables, service stations, and restrooms. Handle food safely and adhere to all food safety regulations during preparation and service. Engage with guests to enhance their experience, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.

Requirements

Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in serving, food preparation, catering, or banquet services is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Barista experience is a plus for those interested in beverage service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
