We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with grace, aiming for resolution that enhances guest satisfaction. Support food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Assist in catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests. Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Skills in bartending or catering are considered a plus. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role. A willingness to help others and contribute positively to the team environment is crucial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 11.42-14.00 per hour
