Duties

Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely service Serve food and drinks with professionalism and attentiveness Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly Support baristas with drink preparation when necessary Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including food safety standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Friendly, approachable manner with a professional attitude Barista experience would be an advantage but is not essential Organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
