Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, ensuring quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with accuracy Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times Support barista duties if applicable, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations Address guest enquiries promptly and professionally, resolving any issues effectively

Experience

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred Experience in food preparation or restaurant environments is advantageous Barista experience is a plus but not essential; training will be provided if necessary Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices is desirable Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for success in this role
