Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a warm and friendly environment. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently Provide excellent customer service, addressing any special dietary requirements or requests Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Support bar operations if applicable, including serving drinks and maintaining bar stock levels Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety throughout all duties

Experience

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is advantageous but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures is desirable Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus Experience in restaurant settings demonstrating excellent customer service skills A friendly personality with strong communication skills and a professional demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods A genuine interest in hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
