Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the restaurant industry and looking to enhance their skills in bartending, food preparation, and catering.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle cash and card transactions responsibly. Maintain the cleanliness of the front of house area, including dining spaces and bar areas. Provide support during catering events, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly. Address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of bartending practices is advantageous. Understanding of food safety regulations and practices is beneficial. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for this role. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
