We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service are essential. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from arrival to departure Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, maintaining high standards of food safety Provide information about menu items, including specials and dietary options Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including tables and service stations Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction Support barista duties when necessary, including preparing coffee and other beverages Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including proper food handling procedures

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not essential; a friendly demeanour and eagerness to learn are equally valued Knowledge of food safety standards and practices Experience with food preparation or barista work is a plus Excellent communication skills with a professional approach to customer service Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings as required A positive attitude, team spirit, and strong organisational skills are essential for success in this role Must be able to start immediately Must have experience in front of house
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 45 per week
