This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a high standard of service throughout their dining experience. Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and dining spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle catering requests and special events, providing exceptional service tailored to guest needs. Support barista duties when required, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Experience in catering or serving roles will be advantageous. Barista experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in front of house operations. A passion for customer service and the ability to work well under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
