Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks as required, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the service area Ensure all food safety protocols are adhered to at all times Maintain a clean and tidy front of house environment, including tables, counters, and service stations Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly Barista duties including preparing specialised coffee drinks Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and protocols Experience in food preparation or restaurant environments is advantageous Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail A positive attitude and strong organisational skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays and Friday evenings if required Personal presentation that reflects the professional standards of the establishment Must be 18 or over

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21 per hour
