Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional guest services. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently to optimise seating arrangements Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required, supporting kitchen staff when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Manage guest enquiries promptly, resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow Promote a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and favourable reviews

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is necessary; training will be provided for suitable candidates Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous Familiarity with serving procedures, guest services, and upselling strategies will be beneficial Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour and a professional attitude Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities
