We are looking for an approachable, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to help lead our front of house team. You will assist the management team in overseeing guest service, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service abilities, great leadership skills, and show initiative in various situations.

Responsibilities:



Supervise the restaurant staff during shifts, including servers and bartenders, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure smooth operation Lead by example in providing outstanding guest service, engaging with guests, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally Oversee restaurant and bar areas to ensure cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to seating and service protocols, making adjustments as needed to accommodate guest needs and preferences Assist in training new hires and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to restaurant staff to enhance their skills, performance, and job satisfaction Coordinate seating assignments, table turnovers, and guest flow to maximise efficiency Assist in managing guest reservations and order accuracy, ensuring timely and accurate communication between front of house and kitchen staff Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery, communicating any special requests or dietary requirements, expediting orders as needed Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion sizes to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards, addressing issues proactively Assist in managing cash and processing payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cash handling procedures Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards Work closely with the management team and other supervisors to implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve restaurant operations and guest experience Carrying out open and close procedures, ensuring the set-up and safety of the business Assist in the curation and monitor staff incentives
