The Nandine Family is now hiring a new FOH Supervisor!

30-40 hours a week. A hourly position with room for growth at an independent, family run company accompanied by a great team!

We are seeing a highly motivated and dedicated FOH supervisor to join our Nandine family. As the Supervisor you will play a crucial role in supporting the day to day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and memorable dining experience for all our customers

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Restaurant Manager and Directors in overseeing all restaurant activities Responsible for maintaining day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operation, always keeping the general manager Managing cash flow, open and closes, EOD reports etc Supervise and train FOH staff to maintain high-quality service standards. Oversee the kitchen team whilst on service, ensuring all food is of the highest standard. Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal supply, with assistance from the Restaurant Manager and Directors Handle customer inquiries and address concerns in a professional manner. Assist in scheduling and managing employees shifts (not immediately required but to be part of your growth training). Uphold food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Contribute to the development of Nandine

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the restaurant industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory/ management role. Strong leadership and communication skills. A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of Kurdish food is a plus not a requirement. Proficiency in restaurant management software is an advantage.
