We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team in a vibrant, happy & friendly environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front of house services, providing exceptional customer service while supervising staff and maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for food and great service with a strong background in team management within hospitality. We do not open evenings, the successful candidate will be expected to work one day per weekend.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Supervise and train front of house staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality within the establishment.
Carry out opening and closing checklists and procedures including cashing up.
Experience
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality.
Proven skills in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable dining experiences.
