Job Summary

The Front of House Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our unique Theatre. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and a strong background in food service. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams, managing food and bar operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house activities, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests.

Duties

Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service. Train and mentor staff in hospitality best practices. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the establishment. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service to guests.
