The Bickley Mill is looking for a well-organised and communicative supervisor for their front of house. The role requires previous experience and flexibility to run shifts smoothly in a busy country inn and wedding venue environment. The role includes opening and closing responsibilities.

That could be preparing for the day's special events or ensuring a clean, secure lock-up at the end of the night. Weddings and events: From intimate parties to weddings, you'll be a crucial part of creating unforgettable celebrations for our guests. Flexibility and adaptability: The job type is full-time, with variable hours and requires flexibility. The job will involve working at weekends and both evening and daytime shifts.
Requirements

Previous experience: The role requires prior experience in a similar front-of-house, team leader, or supervisory position, preferably within a hospitality or events environment. Due to the inn's location, own transport is essential

Pay: 26,000.00-29,000.00 per year
