We have an exciting opportunity for an established full time Supervisor to join our team at the Bull & Heifer in Bettws Cedewain. The Bull & Heifer is a vibrant country pub in the heart of the village with oodles of character and charm. We pride ourselves on a friendly customer service, top quality ales, cocktails and fresh food. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team.

Hours:

Set Working Days - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday Holiday Cover Ad-Hoc Every 3rd Weekend off (2 days either Fri/ Sat or Sat/Sun), dependent on management rota Average 30 Hour per week, Full Time Contract
Key Responsibilities

Hand-on, working front of house and/ or behind the bar Ensuring a smooth running of service throughout Dealing with customer bookings and management of the system Picking up open and close roles as and when managers are not on shift Money handling and cashing up as well as a keyholder Overseeing staff members while on shift and ensuring everyone is delivering and exceptional service.
Requirements

Experience in the food and beverage industry Customer Facing Experience Energy & Enthusiasm and a passion for the hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate will be one that is looking for a career in the hospitality industry and also has the potential for progression within the larger company, being Bettws Hall which has many hospitality opportunities in other departments and abilities for personal growth in the hospitality industry.
