We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage the front of house team, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction Supervise and train front of house staff, fostering a positive team environment Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards Manage inventory and supplies for the front of house area, coordinating with kitchen staff Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and service stations Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives aimed at improving service quality Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of the operation

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong culinary knowledge with experience in food preparation and cooking Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production Previous experience in barista duties is an advantage Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail A passion for providing outstanding hospitality and guest experiences
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
