Job Description

We are looking for a Front of house supervisor to join our growing team here at The Steam Packet.

The front of house supervisor will be a reliable, hard working person with a keen eye for detail. The job will encompass all aspects of front of house - from running a full restaurant, working in a busy bar (including cellar management etc) and engaging with customers, whether its in a friendly chat or dealing with complaints.

We are looking for someone for someone with experience in a similar role but we will provide full training in all aspects so that we are all on the same page. This position has great scope to join the management team in the future for the right candidate

In return, we will offer a competitive wage, 25% staff discount on food (after 3 months of service), free food on break when working over 6 hours and we have a small number of parking spaces on site for those that drive.
