We are looking for an

experienced Front of House Supervisor

to join our team at

The Nut Tree

. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a real passion for hospitality who thrives in a busy pub/restaurant environment.

What we're looking for:

The successful applicant will:

Have previous

supervisory or management experience

in a busy bar/restaurant. Be confident leading both

Front of House and Kitchen teams

, ensuring smooth, well-organised shifts. Deliver brilliant

customer service

at all times, with excellent communication and conflict management skills. Have strong working knowledge of

all areas of pub/restaurant service

: Bar service (including cocktails, wines & cellar management) Coffee/barista skills Table service and handling customer queries with confidence Be capable of

opening and closing the premises

, cashing up, and conducting stock takes (training provided if required). Be proactive and organised, able to manage cover for absences and communicate clearly with senior management. Hold themselves to a high standard of professionalism, presenting well and treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements

Ideally, applicants will hold a

Personal Licence

(though we can support the right candidate in gaining this). A genuine

passion for hospitality

, with the confidence and people skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests.
