We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
Supervise and train staff in culinary techniques, serving practices, and hospitality standards.
Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
Maintain inventory control and oversee food production to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Implement health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong culinary experience with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques.
Background in food safety regulations and best practices.
Experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
