As an Ed's FOH Team Leader:

A natural people person able to coordinate and lead a team Organised and calm under pressure The ability to think differently Realising your potential and helping others achieve theirs Having fun and being yourself! Minimum experience of two years in a similar role as a Supervisor, Shift Manager or Team Leaver is a Must! A requirement for the role is to be able to serve alcohol unsupervised and cashing out and checking restaurant open and closing food and health safety check list.
