We're opening our doors soon -- and we're looking for a Front of House Team Lead who's ready to jump in, rally the crew, and help us set the tone for something genuinely exciting.

What you'll be doing:
Leading by example -- setting the pace for high energy, positivity, and service standards
Supporting the FOH team day-to-day: guiding newer staff, handling tricky guest moments, and keeping service running like clockwork
Owning the floor during service: keeping tabs on timing, table flow, and guest satisfaction
Training and mentoring team members with patience and encouragement
Handling daily cash-ups, staff check-ins, and basic admin with a cool head
Jumping into service -- taking orders, managing tables, upselling, and keeping guests happy
Liaising with the kitchen and management to keep everyone in sync
Problem-solving on the fly when things (inevitably) go sideways
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a hospitality team leader/supervisor role (or similar -- if you've got the right instincts, we're open)
Strong communicator who's great with people, whether it's staff or guests
A cool-headed multitasker who thrives under pressure
Someone who understands service flow and how to keep it efficient and fun
Confident with basic admin tasks, rotas, opening/closing duties, etc.
A natural motivator -- not afraid to give feedback, high fives, or roll up your sleeves when it's needed
Genuinely excited to be part of a new opening and help build something from scratch
