Summary



Assist the Restaurant supervisors in directing and organising the front of house team and to oversee the delivery of an efficient, high quality restaurant service. Ensure the highest standards of customer service are delivered and to ensure smooth service and consistency are achieved for our customers

Key Duties



To assist in the preparation & serving of food and drinks in a busy catering environment Respond directly to customers, delivering to our high level of customer service Operation of the till, to include day end procedures Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and housekeeping with in the restaurant Ensure displays of food and drink are attractive and well stocked Ensure tables are cleared quickly and available to waiting customers Prioritise workload to ensure timely delivery of service and efficient operation within the restaurant Responsibility for the preparation and efficient delivery of events and group bookings
The key duties list is not exhaustive we require you to be flexible and carry out tasks according to the requirements of the company

Requirements



Experience of working in a similar role is preferred We require you to work most bank holidays and every other weekend on a rota basis. Flexibility will be expected for holiday / sickness cover Some evenings will be required when holding special events within the business Good customer skills and the ability to deal with the public in all situations Outstanding communication and leadership skills Well presented. High standards of personal and working hygiene within the allocated areas as required by the Food Hygiene Regulations

You will be part of a hard working team so we require you to be able to work closely with others Work in partnership with the catering director and supervisor team Rewards and Benefits Hourly rate, dependant on experience.
