To ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Team Leaders to join our leadership team. If you are passionate about leading a front-of-house team and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, we would love to hear from you.
What is the Role?
As the Front of House Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our front-of-house, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. You will lead and motivate a team whilst fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, promoting teamwork and high performance.?
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their visit.?
Oversee reservations, seating arrangements, and the overall flow of service to maintain efficiency.?
Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge, ensuring adherence to service standards.?
Address and resolve guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure all front-of-house areas meet health, safety, and cleanliness standards.?
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality or restaurant environment.?
Ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.?
Strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.?
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.?
Willingness to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.?
