We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Leader to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests while leading and motivating the front of house staff. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, managing team dynamics, and upholding our high standards of food safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily front of house operations to ensure smooth service delivery. Lead, train, and motivate the front of house team to provide outstanding customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards. Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, demonstrating culinary skills. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest interactions effectively. Handle any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and quality control. Maintain inventory levels of supplies and communicate needs to management. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our hospitality values.

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members alike. A background in culinary arts or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience as a barista or in hotel settings would be beneficial. A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 42 per week
