Front of House - Team Leader
We are seeking a hard working and enthusiastic front of house team leader. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the customer facing aspects of the business when the manager is not in and heading a team, ensuring excellent customer service. This role will offer an exciting opportunity to be part of a new venture.
The successful candidate will need to be organised, positive, energetic and thrive under a busy environment.
Responsibilities and skills required:
Customer service - ensuring that all staff provide an excellent experience for customers.
Lead and motivate a team of bar staff, waiting staff, and potentially other front-of-house personnel.
Work closely with the head chef and kitchen to ensure smooth running of orders.
Work with the pub's management team to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability.
Coordinating daily operations, such as seating arrangements, reservations, and staff assignments.
Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, table service, and handling customer inquiries.
Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in a pub or bar environment.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
Keeping the premises clean, tidy and organised during and after the shift.
Please be aware that this role will require flexibility to work both lunch and dinner shifts as well as weekends.
