We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our front-of-house services, including hospitality, food safety, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Assist with food preparation and presentation in accordance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Support bartending duties as required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring high standards of service are upheld. Uphold all health and safety regulations within the establishment.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Skills in food preparation or catering will be considered a plus. A positive attitude towards teamwork and helping others is essential for success in this role. Bartending experience is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Work Location: In person
