We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to work with Owners who are hands on, and Chef manager to help us in our village pub.
As new position we are looking for someone that has vision to create this role what they want it to be.
Social media promotions, marketing and customer service experience is preferred as well as previous front of house experience.
This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless operation within our establishment, focusing on delivering exceptional service while managing a small front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering a relaxing environment for guests ensuring that both guests and staff experience the highest standards of hospitality.
The Ideal candidate will possess a desire to help us create a traditional and community mindful pub, that delivers traditional home cooked pub food.

Responsibilities
A hands on role as well as :
Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Assist in training new staff members on food safety protocols, service standards, and menu knowledge.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between the front and back of house.
Oversee bar and restaurant preparation and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and report any shortages or issues to management.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Assist in scheduling shifts for front-of-house staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
Opening and closing of the pub.
Have an enthusiastic vision and desire to build on strong Foundations in place to ensure continuity of growth.
Reconciling of Daily takings and stock levels.
Skills
Proven experience in team management within a hospitality environment
Knowledge of Epos systems .
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation and production.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and staff alike.
A background in public house operations is highly desirable.
Ability to work alongside Owners and Chef manager.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
This is a hands on role which requires a level of physical fitness.
