Front of House Team Leader x2

Permanent

Full-Time - 35 hours per week

Salary: Grade 3, 28,784 - 31,509 per annum (Starting salary will commence at 28,784)



The successful candidate will provide a focus on campus security and safety whilst maintaining a friendly, front of house service to students, staff, and visitors by:


Ensuring the safety and security of the college premises. Monitoring and control access to the campus. Conducting regular patrols and surveillance. Responding promptly to security incidents and emergencies. Collaborating with the police and emergency services.




The ideal candidate will be able to deal with potentially challenging situations and they must be able to handle conflict in a calm, proportionate and professional manner. They will work closely with the Health & Safety team, dealing with emergency situations, spotting and responding to hazards and they will be part of the First Aid and Fire Evacuation team. They will also support the Front of House Co-Ordinator.
