Duties
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, floors, and service stations.
Handle cash transactions and process payments with basic math skills.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service quality.
Experience
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a front of house role.
A strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential for maintaining health standards.
Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately.
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
