As a Front of House Team Member you will be providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and assisting with food preparation while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties

Greet and welcome guests to the Tearoom, with a friendly demeanour, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Assist in food preparation and ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to at all times. Provide information about menu items, including upselling specials and promotions to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness in the Tearoom area and kitchen, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is highly desirable. Barista experience an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; culinary or kitchen experience is an advantage. Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. A passion for serving others and creating memorable experiences.
