Job Summary

As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be responsible for booking and delivering club tours.

Sales Background is beneficial,contacting fresh leads,selling of gym memberships and personal training packages essential.

Duties

Greet and welcome customers as they enter the establishment, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. handling incoming enquiries and cold callling fresh leads to generate sales. Taking payments via the phone and in person for arrears,and new sales Handling member complaints Handle cash and card transactions with basic maths skills to ensure accurate billing. Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable Basic knowledge of fitness required, PT training would be benficial Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards customers and team members alike. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when required.
