Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness in the front of house area. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations. Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for guest services with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
