Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages while ensuring presentation meets our standards Assist in food preparation as required, adhering to food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for payments Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Basic culinary skills or kitchen experience is also an advantage Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the team Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
