We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met. Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters. Manage cash transactions accurately using basic maths skills. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Skills

Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively. Ability to provide exceptional guest services with a friendly attitude. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Culinary experience is beneficial but not essential. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A proactive approach to upselling menu items to enhance customer satisfaction.
