Front Of House Team Member

Job Description

As a member of our fantastic Front of House team, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. This is a varied role combining administrative support, reception duties, scheduling, and patient service. You will help maintain the professional and welcoming atmosphere of the clinic while supporting the clinical team and contributing to the overall client experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all front-of-house duties, including greeting patients, answering phone and email enquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar using our booking software Monitor clinic stock, including retail products and supplies Upsell and recommend suitable skincare products to patients based on their treatment plans Follow up on enquiries and leads to convert into bookings Open and close the clinic in line with operational procedures Ensure the reception area is always clean, professional, and welcoming Assist nurses and practitioners with basic administrative and operational support when needed
Requirements:

Previous experience in a front-of-house, administrative, or customer service role Sales experience, with the ability to confidently recommend and upsell products or services Well-presented and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexible with working hours, including availability for evenings and weekends Able to work independently and take initiative
Desirable (but not essential):

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
