Permanent Front of House Team Member | Busy Takeaway Counter

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our busy permanent team. This is a critical customer-facing role ensuring smooth operations at our takeaway counter.

The Role: Customer Service & Operations

You will be the face of our takeaway, managing the flow of orders and ensuring customers receive their food efficiently and with a smile. Key duties include:

Order Management:

Confidently take and accurately process customer orders at the counter.

Service Delivery:

Wrap, plate, and serve prepared food quickly and courteously.

Payment Handling:

Process payments accurately using the POS system.

Team Support:

Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when required.

Customer Engagement:

Provide exceptional customer service, managing queues and handling queries with a cheerful disposition.

Hygiene & Cleanliness:

Participate fully in general and end-of-shift cleaning duties to maintain a pristine environment.

Position Details:

Contract:

Full-Time, Permanent.

Schedule:

5 days out of 7, including required

evenings and weekends

.

Hours:

Consistent work throughout term time and school holidays.
