Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our guests while maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Duties

Greet and welcome customers as they enter the venue, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and dining spaces. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Assist with cash handling and processing payments accurately. Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. A team player who is willing to support colleagues as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
