In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing guest interactions, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting environment.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction through upselling.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring presentation meets our high-quality expectations.
Assist with food preparation tasks as required, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods.
Uphold hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations, ensuring the safety of both guests and staff.
Qualifications
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly disposition and a passion for hospitality.
Experience in serving or kitchen roles is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
